Strathmartine is in the north of the city, up past Downfield where the city starts thinning out into semi-rural edges. Larger detached and semi-detached homes, more garden space than the tenements in town, and a settled residential feel.
Strathmartine customers tend to lean more towards Apple devices and newer Windows laptops, often with younger families doing online school or homeworking adults who can't afford a dead machine.
