Whitfield is out east, past Pitkerro and Mid Craigie, with Murroes Primary and the community centre as the local anchors. It's a 1960s-built housing scheme that's had a lot of regeneration in the last twenty years. Big families, plenty of devices per household, and a fair bit of price-sensitivity on repair costs.
Whitfield customers mostly bring in mid-range Android phones, budget Windows laptops, and the occasional iPhone that's been through a few hands. Charging ports are the most common fault we see here: cheap cables pulled out at odd angles wear the port down faster than anything else.
We don't upsell. If a repair's going to cost more than a second-hand replacement, we'll say so. If a phone's been dropped one time too many and the board's gone, we'll tell you that too. Straight answers, no waffle.
