We’re a wee team of technicians who’ve been fixing phones, laptops and consoles for over 20 years between us. We set up shop on Perth Road because Dundee’s West End needed somewhere honest to get tech sorted.
Who We Are
We’re Repair Alliance, a phone, laptop, MacBook and gaming console repair shop at 153 Perth Rd in Dundee’s West End. The folk behind the counter have been doing this for a long time. Between us we’ve got over 20 years of hands-on repair experience, and there’s not much we haven’t seen or fixed.
We opened on Perth Road because we felt the West End was missing a proper repair shop. Somewhere you could walk in, get a straight answer about what’s wrong, and know exactly what it’ll cost before any work starts. If something’s not worth fixing, we’ll tell you that too. We’d rather lose the sale than have you pay for a repair that doesnae make sense.
Most repairs are done the same day you bring your device in. Screens and batteries are usually sorted within the hour. And everything we do comes with a 90-day warranty on parts and labour, so you’re covered if anything plays up.
