The iPhone 11 (models A2221, A2111, A2223) was the iPhone that brought dual cameras to the masses. Released in September 2019, it paired a 12MP wide-angle lens with a brand new 12MP ultra-wide camera, giving folk that dramatic wide-angle perspective for the first time on a non-Pro iPhone. The A13 Bionic chip was a powerhouse, and Night Mode transformed low-light photography. The 6.1-inch Liquid Retina LCD display with Haptic Touch replaced 3D Touch, and Apple bumped the water resistance to IP68. The iPhone 11 is one of the most common iPhones we repair at our West End workshop. It is old enough now that batteries are degrading past the useful threshold, and the LCD screen, while tough, cracks from bad drops. How much does an iPhone 11 screen replacement cost in Dundee?

Can you fix the ultra-wide camera on my iPhone 11?
Aye, we can replace the dual camera module. If only the ultra-wide lens is faulty, the whole module still needs swapping as both lenses are on one assembly. We can usually source the part quickly and turn it around the same day.
My iPhone 11 battery health is at 76% - what should I do?
At 76% your phone is almost certainly being throttled by iOS and dying well before the end of the day. A battery replacement will restore full performance and proper battery life. Takes about 25 minutes at our Dundee workshop.
Does the iPhone 11 still get software updates?
Aye, the iPhone 11 runs iOS 18 and the A13 Bionic chip handles it beautifully. It is very much still a current, capable phone. Apple continues to push security updates for it regularly.
Can you fix Face ID on my iPhone 11?
In many cases, aye. If the TrueDepth camera system has been damaged from a drop, we can replace the assembly. Some Face ID faults are tied to the secure enclave and may not be repairable - we'll diagnose it properly and give you a straight answer.
My iPhone 11 back glass is cracked - can you replace just the glass?
The back glass is bonded to the frame, so traditionally it requires a full housing swap. We handle this at our Perth Road workshop and will quote you fairly before starting. It is more involved than a front screen repair but well worth it to keep your 11 going.
