About the iPhone 16
The iPhone 16 (models A3081, A3286, A3287, A3288) brought the Camera Control button to Apple's mainstream flagship when it launched in September 2024. This new dedicated hardware button on the side of the phone gives instant access to the camera with half-press focus and swipe controls for zoom and exposure. The A18 chip delivered a big leap in performance and efficiency, and the 48MP Fusion camera gained a new 2x telephoto mode through the quad-pixel sensor. The 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display kept the Dynamic Island, and the vertically-arranged camera module harked back to the iPhone X design. Available in five colours.
