The Mac mini A1347 (Mid 2010) was a major redesign that introduced the slim aluminium unibody shell that would define the Mac mini for years. The new form factor was dramatically thinner, dropped FireWire, and added HDMI output alongside Mini DisplayPort. Powered by a Core 2 Duo at 2.4GHz with 2GB of RAM and a 320GB hard drive, it also came in a Server configuration with dual hard drives and no optical drive.
