About the MacBook Air Retina 13″ A1932 (2018)
The MacBook Air Retina 13" A1932 (2018) was the first MacBook Air with a Retina display, a massive upgrade over the previous generation's 1440x900 panel. With model number A1932, it featured the T2 security chip, Touch ID, and two Thunderbolt 3 ports. The butterfly keyboard was still present, though. We repair every component at our Perth Road workshop in Dundee.
The butterfly keyboard is the most common repair on this model, with keys failing, sticking, or double-typing. Battery degradation, Thunderbolt port problems, and display issues also bring these in regularly. The T2 chip adds complexity to data recovery but our team handles it.
